Thankful

This year I have many things to be thankful for, but here are a few that immediately come to mind.

The Man - For loving me through all my screw ups and putting up with the bullshit that I can rain down for no given reason when we both know that he doesn't have to.

My Babes - They keep me focused, grounded, and young. I really can't imagine my life without them.

My Family - Through thick and thin they've been there, praying for me, encouraging me, and giving me some wonderful advice throughout the trials and triumphs of this year and the years before.

My Friends (Real Life and Blog World)- For being there when life is good and when life hits the fan. You guys are awesome and I thank God everyday for you... You help keep me honest, and sane... well most of the times! LOL


I'm thankful for everything that has happened this year good and bad because I've really grown as a person and learned so much about life.

Everyday give thanks. Not just once a year.

I've been Monogrammed!

I just received my monogram in the mail today! It looks darling and it will be going on the car tomorrow! I'm oh so excited to have a monogrammed ride finally! LOL

I got my car monogram here at Monogram Me I do say drop by as soon as you can!!! She's extremely sweet and very well talented!

I was just browsing through other blogs and came across this...

I read this and got chills... I think he's speaking... and I very may well finally have to listen.

Please don't

listen to your husband and take 2 very tired babes to the mall, try to get a nail fixed, then try to feed the babes only to make them more tired and then try to buy said babes shoes. You will regret this with a passion.

Or something like it... So in order to get me out of the house and keep my mind occupied with various things I've made a few girlfriends up here... Tonight... we dance. That's right, my black ass is going to a country bar for line dancing lessons. OMG! LOL! This should be interesting to say the least.

Any who, being the girl I am, I decided that I'm going to dress for the occasion and went to Forever 21, got a extremely cute black top, and found myself some darling black and white cowboy boots to wear with A.E. jeans! So while I may feel out of place until I get a few drinks in me, I'm going to look damn good doing it! Ha! Wish me luck and I promise to try and sneak a few pictures :-)

Congratulations President Obama!!!

The race was long and hard, but history has been made and I send my congratulations to the man that I voted for to be President of The United States. I pray that the next four years are one of change and definite change for the better...
