Today is The Day...

that I find out if I got the job or not. I'm awake at 12:15 this morning... I'm sure everything will be fine, but I'm up, I've prayed and put it in God's hands... I realize that His hands are big enough for this and that it's out of my control.

Anyway, I had a really good weekend. Went out with a couple of girlfriends on Friday, we had dinner and went to play a little bit of pool before making it an early night.

Saturday, was very lax... we hung out at home for most of the day, played with the babies and the new pup, went to SuperTarget for a little bit and that was pretty much our day. Saturday night I stayed in and watched movies with Mr. Big, after the babies went to bed and that was nice... It'd been a while since we had a movie night like that and I really enjoyed it.

Sunday morning we went to church, then met up with MIL and went to the mall. Babe Girl got some novelty pictures taken, we walked around for a bit, then headed back home after lunch... Played with the kids some more, and off to bed they went after dinner. I roasted a chicken for Mr. Big's lunch and we watched the season finales of Big Love, Flight of The Concords, and Eastbound and Down... Love those shows...

and now I'm here... trying to will myself to sleep, so I can know tomorrow if my job search is finally over. My God I truly hope so...

Oops... excuse me...

I thought about this during breakfast this morning... Is the internet big enough? I mean, I know there are 1340248203479437294379437 websites and such to belong to, but I was wondering do you find yourself staying the course and only venturing to a few sites that are comfortable to you or do you get online hoping to find something new?

One other thing that crossed my mind was the fact that if you find some new site to join or whatever, and then you join only to find that you know someone there... Does that bother you or are you happy to know someone on this new site?

I myself love it when I find something new and realize that there is someone there that I know... to me it's like being the new kid at school with no friends, only to stumble upon someone who went to your old school that you were friends with! A pleasant surprise right?!

I'm just curious to see what some of you think... :-)

Ugh...

Next year, I will not feel like this the day after St. Patty's... My good friends D and K who works for a famous energy drink company proceeded to get a limo and have a good old time for St. Pats. I joined in on the fun and today has not been one of my best days... Ugh.

Today

Was absolutely fantastic. The family and I went to the University of Tampa to browse around at the annual Chisler's Market. I picked up a really cool vase, and tons of books for the B.G. She was thrilled.

Afterwards we went down into Hyde Park to have lunch and browse around the shops, why, I don't know. I NEED to stay way from Pottery Barn and Williams & Sonoma. Love those stores...

Anyway, now we're back at home and chilling out. Tomorrow, Church and then we're off to the races... after that we have a st. Pups Day outing at a local Irish Pub and Restaurant... should be fun... oh and we'll be kid free, I'm looking forward to couple time... just us, which is usually a rarity!

Waiting...

Does anyone hate waiting as much as me... LOL I really want to be in control, but it's times like this when letting go and letting God is for the best... So, here right now I'm letting go. It's no longer my situation to try and control.

Good News...

It took me some time to figure out if I wanted to post this or not... but as most of you know from my facebook I'm praying for good news. It's regarding a job, which really really need. While I sort of enjoy staying at home, it's just not feasible anymore and I do need to find work and soon. I went on an interview on Thursday, got a call back on Friday for the second interview today. Went on the second interview, it was a group interview and I did my best. It was a little awkward but whatever. I should know sometime in the A.M. if I got the position.

Please pray that this is in God's will for me. I feel like it is, they left the ad up for the position over the weekend and no one else has responded and I'm the only one out of the people who had responded to get a second interview. It seems promising right?! Anyway, prayers for this situation will be well received. Thank you!

Wow...

I've been kind of neglecting this thing lately... It's not that I don't want to write, it's really that I have nothing to write about. Life has been awfully normal and extremely boring... LOL Hopefully I'll change that in the upcoming week. The only thing that I did that brought me any excitement was change my major from Architecture to Medical Sciences... LOL I actually was really nervous when I did that, but I think it's the right choice for me.

I went to a purse party this weekend and that was fun, I bought my SIL a diaper bag. I really didn't find anything for me... Speaking of diapers, SIL had her little boy. Declan (Deck Lan) Tupper J. I'm guessing that's how they spelled it. MIL hates the name but I'm sure it'll grow on her. It is unique. I myself can't wait to see him and give him snuggles!

Well that's about all, see boring right? I truly hope to update with something more exciting... LOL Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
