I'm not so happy with my humps these days. I have gained a hefty 40+ pounds in the past year. Gross right, yep, I know. Well, not anymore. I am getting rid of this crap ASAP. I weighed myself this morning and my scale screamed a nice 183.4 at me. I'm 5'6. That is not good. Not good at all.
So, from this point on I am now beginning Operation Healthy Wife. Nope, not skinny. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be healthy, and for me that number above ain't healthy. I'd like to be down to a healthy weight by our anniversary in July, so I can fit into some cute little number on our vacation. Lord knows, we'll need one by then, but that's a whole 'nother post.
Alright, wish me luck and send me some good weight loss vibes, because this lady is on a MISSION!

Go you! You're right, health is the most important thing. I stopped weighing myself over a year ago because I would get too concerned with trying to meet some arbitrary number and compromise otherwise healthy choices. You can do it! Good luck :)

I could follow your steps with OHL becasue I'm 5'3 and my scale is showing 129 at the moment; last time it showed that number I was in high school having hard time over my weight. I guess the biggest problem is that I gained 15 lbs in just 6 months. :(
