Anyway, besides being grossly large, I hadn't been working out the way that I should have. My working out consisted of opening and closing my mouth around food for any reason. LOL... Well on Sunday all that changed. Today is day 3 of working out. Yes, I'm sore. No, I don't enjoy it. Yes, I am looking forward to the results anyway.
So, usually I go to the Y in the AM but today has been so beautiful there was no way I could keep my kids inside out of the sun, instead we did this:
We had a blast at the park for lunch! So nice... sigh.
Anywho, once we came home they took naps and I'm began doing this

Which kicked my booty, and you can check it out here at Physique 57. I only did the 30 minute short work out; then I started thinking that wasn't enough... Oh man. Why did I do that?! Why?! Because, I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. Not only did I do the above mentioned but I also decided to have a visit with my old friend Jillian Michaels... Yep. Stupid.
So... I did this as well.

After all of this I am sitting here not wanting to move and dreading the thought of soccer practice today. Yes, Lil Miss has soccer and I have to run around. :-/ Not good; at least I'll get to have some Chick Fil A and that makes it a little better. PS. As I read this I am feeling so guilty. I told Chris I was at my perfect weight and size 2 weeks after I had Ms. Ashleigh. Then I asked him what happened? I need to shed 10 lbs. then maybe if I feel like it I will lose some more.
So last week I had to start retraining my stomach and it's greedy self. It was getting out of hand because my husband loves to cook my favorite Alfredo pasta so much and I have zero will-power.
I fasted for 1 day. Next day I was not hungry and ate very lightly.
So I'm on the right track. I also started walking the boy to school while pushing the girls. But rain came and I got lazy LOL
Anyway, last week I lost 4 lbs so I'm on the right track.
I want to look like I did before this last baby arrived and the husband knocked me up AGAIN

I love, love, love, 30 day Shred. I just started doing it myself again after having my 3rd in Dec. Can't wait to have my butt kicked into shape and lose the last 12 lbs. I'll have to try the physique 57 thing.
You are glutton for punishment...but, I feel ya! I am on a kick with working out. Just hope I can staying kickin', if you catch my drift. You are.NOT.gross. FYI.
I'll have to look into that Physique 57, after P90X I want to try something new.
My doggone problem is I am at my target weight. Only thing is my stomach, upper arms and thighs are pudgy and I am lazy *sighs*
God knows when was the last time I did exercise, and I don't even think he remembers it, It was such a long time ago and I am so out of shape that I can't even believe it.

You are crazy that was way to much. I have been walking and gearing up to do 30 day shred. You are the second person I have heard say it kicks your butt. I've been doing the slow and steady and have been losing about a pound to 2 pounds a week. Keep it up.
I do the actual Physique 57 classes at the studio in NYC. They are torture!!! But, love them...
I am doing Weight Watchers online...have lost 6 lbs...it works!
MCW - OMG, I'd love to do an in studio class! How cool! I've thought about doing W.W. but the whole meeting thing intimidates me a bit. Do you go to meetings?
Rana - The 30 Day Shred will work you good, but I don't think 20 mins a day is enough... that's why I do other stuff too. :-) LOL

Sheliza - At least you're at your target weight, I'd give my pinky toe to do that... Pinky toes aren't that important. LOL, so I don't mind losing one.

Oh, I did something similar on Saturday. I did 3 sets of sit ups and I thought that's not enough because I want results quick so I did another 3 sets and 3 more in the evening. Last 3 days I suffered! LOL
I'm going to try the 30 day shred. Thanks for the tip!
