Right now I'm giving away a brand spanking new fitness program called Body Gospel, brought to you by Beach Body... You know they same people who make P90x and Slim in 6... Stuff like that...
Body Gospel is a fitness program that incorporates your faith with getting fit. The music keeps you going as does your will to be a more healthier you. I began the program this morning and I'm actually pretty sore. So... with that said who wants to get fit with me?

Oh I want this soooo bad! I love P90X but because of my health issues I was told I could only do the stretching and yoga. This seems much more up my alley. I am following them on twitter, liked their page, have been a follower of yours for awhile as well as liking your page on FB!

Oh this looks super awesome! I just watched the video sampler and this is simply amazing! Even if I don't win I just may have to invest in this!! I love how it combines your spiritual fitness with your physical fitness! I know I have been needing to do something for myself...I got out of the Air Force myself and just blew up! I just got the P90, but this one looks so much more inspirational! I want to get healthy again for my family. Especially as a new mommy I want to be able to chase my child around when he's a toddler and not be out of breath and feeling like I'm going to die! (and we hope to have more children too!)

I have lost 45 pounds since January but have been going through something that has made my weight stall for the last 2 months. I felt I would need a spiritual intervention to get me over this hurdle. Little did I know Body Gospel was available. I didn't think my spiritual intervention would be so readily available. LOL!!! I think it is what I have been looking for.
