Things have been so crazy over here. New job, new hobby (Texas Holdem'), new friends, and music... Whew! And to top that off I'm mom of a kindergartener... Busy, busy, me!
Don't laugh at my new hobby neither... I'm good at poker mmmkay! LOL How I've missed my blog. Missed, missed, missed it!
New Job = Craziness! I'm doing something I've not done before... I work for a software company and it's actually quite fun. Either that or I'm a huge nerd... (probably the latter) Ha! Plus, I love, love, love my super New Yorker boss! He is a no holds-barred, take charge, say it like ya mean it Bronx born guy and it's completely polar opposite of my quiet preppy girl from down south demeanor but it works. We balance each other out and make a great team; which in turn makes for an even more awesome work environment. Can't ask for much more.
New friends... I've made a handful of new friends in my area and they are just amazing people. My facebook status at one point was I can't believe there are still so many just plain people in my little neck of the woods. I can't. What's even more cooler is that not only have I made friends, but so have the Sergeant Children. The Artist loves school and I swear not a weekend has gone by where we don't have a party to go to... How many kids are in her class anyway? Seems like there are 41631214347 of them. LOL For reals.
Music, still writing and recording. Fun stuff. I'm not ready to share it with the world yet, but believe you me when I get over this awful fear of sharing my art, you my dear sweet readers will be the first to know it!
