So... This past week was alright... although
the news about my father pretty much brought Operation Healthy Wife to a screeching halt.
However, I did do my cardio and strength the way I wanted too! Hooray!
This week
I'm back in my home town.
People have been bring that good ol' soul food by my Ma's(grandma) house.
I mean the stuff has been GOOD.
I am not depriving myself of anything as moderation is key.
On the fitness side
I've been running and strength training.
This week my I hope to:
Continue eating right and drinking water!
Exercise 5 times
Be Positive
Not stress out about too much stuff... (easier said than done)
