I misread this and thought it was 12 miles a day...I was going to say DAMN GIRL!! :p I need to really work on upper body strength...pullups and pull-down bars for this gal!
that is awesome and it is only Tuesday!so far i've been to the gym 3 days in a row ... i'm getting there! :)
I've walked 4 miles in less than an hour and I did a spinning class for an hour. Also, I had to walk very fast through Newark Airport (I had a 20 pound backpack on my back.) to reach my connecting flight! All because an earthquake hit, causing our flight to be diverted to another city.
I have done sit ups, up to 11 now, and working on more. Went on a walk with husband a few times, like we always do. Have a good week and am praying a job comes open to you soon. My daughter has been looking for another job but someone else always gets it even though she has experience. At least she has a job now but wants out of what she has. Take care!
Wow. Great inspiration. Sadly, I didn't do any exercise this past week and by body feels it. :( This is my first time here and I will be back often for exercise inspiration.
