A Funny.

My trainer told me this morning
that today is my last day
eating
fried chicken
for lunch.
I gave him the
stank-eye,
then
I laughed because
obviously
that was
a joke.

I'm from the south.
There is no taking about
taking away the
fried chicken.

None. Not at all.
SMH.
This diet stuff sucks.

Oven fried chicken can be just as tasty, crunchy, and more than half the fat of traditionally fried chicken. Just google "healthy" oven fried chicken and a whole bunch of recipes will pop up. There are so many delicious healthy versions of normally fattening, unhealthy food, and the best part is, once you start getting fit, you won't miss the bad stuff--and will be able to indulge every now and again! Good luck to you on your health and fitness journey!
