Planning permission was granted by Westminster City Council in May 2010 but we need funds NOW so that construction can begin while there are still some veterans of RAF Bomber Command alive to witness it. <br />The Bomber Command Time Capsule has been created so that, for a small donation, you can remember and say thanks to those who were willing to give everything in defence our freedom.
